VIDEO: Salt Ghost Bonus Footage - Full Interview with Fritz Kott
This is the full, uncut interview with Fritz Kott during the filming of The Salt Ghost: Return of the Nitro Express film in 2011. Never before seen in it's entirety, Fritz talks about his racing at Bonneville Speed Week starting in 1971, how things were versus how they are now, and his work on his own motorcycles as well as with Theo Ozen, builder of the Salt Ghost. Wes White of Four Aces Cycle and Tyler Malinky of Lowbrow Customs interviewed Fritz during their research to find out who originally built and raced the vintage Triumph. Bonneville Salt Flats, El Mirage, nitro-burning and turbo charged vintage Triumph motorcycles, fast Harley-Davidsons, it is all discussed in this conversation that we are happy to be able to share. The Salt Ghost motorcycle currently resides at the National Motorcycle Museum in Anamosa, Iowa.
